Fintech SaaS startup Perfios posted a 819.2% year-on-year jump in its consolidated net profit at INR 71.7 Cr in the financial year 2023-24 (FY24) on the back of a healthy growth in its topline and higher margins👇 As Inc42 reported earlier, the company turned profitable in FY23, logging a consolidated net profit of INR 7.8 Cr. Revenue from operations jumped 37.1% to INR 557.8 Cr during the year under review from INR 406.8 Cr in FY23. Including other income of INR 11.7 Cr, Perfios generated total revenue of INR 569.5 Cr in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024. India is now 4th largest market globally when it comes to potential interest and internet search on #RWA - Real World Assets Tokenisation. Day 856 India’s election results show that different sections voted for different reasons that are close to their heart. However, Web3 was never a point of discussion in the parties agenda items. India’s Web3 ecosystem will grow from 30M to 100M in the next few years. We should ensure we start discussing Web3 on a larger scale. We start the work now so that by next elections, I would consider it a win if we’re able to have ‘India’s Web3 growth’ as one of the agenda items from various candidates. Peak XV has put $36 million into Neo, while Lightspeed recently invested in Centricity and Shivalik Small Finance Bank, where Accel is also an investor.

Comparing Brazil’s #Pix to India’s #UPI Two instant payment systems that have seen a good deal of success in their own countries: India’s Unified Payment Interface (UPI) and Brazil’s Pix. While UPI is a decentralised payment system owned by the non-profit National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) and regulated by the Reserve Bank of India, Pix is a centralised system owned and regulated by the Banco Central do Brasil (BCB), which has mandated its adoption amongst Brazilian financial institutions.
